[DCKickball Announcements] Fall Registration is Open!

Fall Registration Has Begun!

Registration for the Fall season is open! Returning summer teams get first
dibs on team spots in each division. Here's a rough time-line of how things
are going to shake out:

    * June 18th: Registration opened
    * Mid July: New team registration closed
    * Late July: Registration closes and t-shirts get ordered
    * Mid August: Fall season begins

The Fall season will run from roughly mid-August to mid-October. Each
division has a limited number of slots for teams, so slots are awarded to
teams that fill-up their roster with paid players the fastest. Once a
division fills up its teams slots, registration for new teams in that
division is closed.

The following divisions will be playing in the Fall (with possibly more to
come):

    * Capital (Wed/Thurs evenings on the Mall)
    * District (Thurs evenings on the Mall)
    * Constitution (Sunday afternoons on the Mall)
    * Columbia (Wed in Dupont/AdMo)

Referral Rewards ($$$)

We are definitely doing referral rewards again this Fall. Here's how it
works: if you are a veteran DCKickball player, you have a special referral
code. Just log-in to your account and you'll see it on your home page. You
can earn cash back from DCKickball ($5 per player) by having new players to
DCKickball type in your referral code when they register. Once the season
has started and all registration fees have been collected, you will be sent
(via PayPal) your referral rewards!

Other Benefits

    * Captains play for FREE!
    * Board members play for FREE!

If you are the captain of your team or if you volunteer for your divisions
board, you will play for free this Fall. DCKickball recognizes how much team
captains and board members contribute to the smooth operation of the league,
so this is the least we can do. If you've already paid, no sweat, once your
group is promoted to team status you'll be issued a refund!
